Makienko N.V. Clinical efficiency amiodarone and its combinations with metoprolol or carvedilol in therapy patients with đårmanent atrial fibrillation. – Manuscript. Dissertation on competition graduate degree candidate of medical sciences in a speci- alty 14.01.11 - cardiology. Institute of Cardiology named after acad. M.D.Strazhesko, Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Kiåv, 2006. Dissertation is dedicated to study efficiency đårmanent atrial fibrillation (AF) long-term therapy amiodarone and its combinations with metoprolol or carvedilol on basis establishment its comprehension with gender and age factors, quality life, type reactions heart rate variability (HRV) total power spectrum in an āņute pharmacologi- cal test (APhT) and functional class (FC) chronic heart failure (ChHF). Quality of life (QL), arterial pressure measuring, electrocardiography (ÅŅG), HRV, ambulatory monitoring (AM) ÅŅG, ultrasonic heart investigation were estimated. As ā result conducted complex observation efficiency long-term therapy đårmanent AF amiodarone and its combinations with metoprolol or carvedilol at patients with ische- mic heart diseases (IHD) and arterial hypertension (AH) are shown. Role factors gend- er, age and QL patients, functional class ChHF, level and reactions HRV spectrum TP is determined in APhT with amiodarone for planning and HR control at AF amiodarone and its combinations with metoprolol or carvedilol. Criteria monotherapy đårmanent AF amiodarone and its combination with metoprolol or carvedilol are defined. For HR control prognostication amiodarone and its combinations with metoprolol or ca- rvedilol equations bounded functions are built with selection meaningful initial in- dices AF in compared groups patients. Keywords: đårmanent atrial fibrillation, amiodarone, metoprolol, carvedilol
